Read the August 2nd 2021 8k it is all there. Coop used the buyback money to buy direct shares from kkr but in reality buy back the board seat. Kkr could have just sold their shares and still get the same money or held out and sell at the current price…all it did was reduce the amount of outstanding shares. No correction was made….the buy back is used to reduced the amount of outstanding shares not from a direct shareholder….otherwise they could buy yours or all shareholders shares. They still have a hundred million to buyback shares approx 2.x shares outstanding..or do what they have been doing buying direct shareholders shares….

You‘re really asking if I made things up, because you didnt read two simple 8Ks: One in Aug announcing the buy back from KKR and the other in Sep clarifying the new number of shares after the acquired shares had been cancelled?
