Since no assets, no filings, no gold, no revenues, and a cease trade order and continually missing filing deadlines I will disagree with you on your claim of ten cents unless 10c is ten centipedes then maybe, yes, you are right. A company with nothing is worth exactly that.

LOL...you hit the highlights of the scam mining industry. None of them are being "taken for ride"....but they are all supporting management and insiders' lifestyles, with very little actual mining or exploration.

ACRL is in "fine" company.
