when I showed the Un audited financials, filed by him to OTC, my attorney says only one thing, if he has $800 million as earnings, why he is unable to pay statutory filings fees less than 10k to Singapore Govt?

Snow tried a similar use of logic when trying to explain the debt settlement shares. Unfortunately for him, it turned out to be a complete miss :-)

DITUP Thanks for your information! I wonder if he will comment on your post. There have been certain indications that a deal that his been referred to has not been paid for - the sharecount of a company at a certain stage. But what happened 10 years ago may have limited importance now?

You certainly raise some compelling and concerning points, but as with everything there is surely more to the story.

At this point we are all at the mercy of Laxmi to follow through on what he has promised. Either he is legit and comes through, or maybe we never hear from him again. I have a hard time believing though that he has completely swindled Gayatri Projects, Megha Engineering, Bansal Group, etc. There are plenty of signs that point to legitimacy.

I have said from the beginning of my investment here that I am prepared to lose it, and if so... so be it.

There is something fundamentally wrong with ITUP and I am afraid that DITUP's description of the reality is much closer to the truth than RD's overly optimistic valuation of +$1000/share.
