I am in contact with Laxmi since 2010( when he came to Singapore. He promised same and signed MoU’s worth 1.2 billion. Took office and never paid a single dime till date, also Corporate fees to Govt. of Singapore for his three companies. Then shifted his base to India, sent emails saying signed Viceroy, Leela, Lavasa and etc, but no proper financial support. I even visited NY to see his office( which is his Attorney’s office), not his office. He paid monthly rent to share the address( which he did not, but issued stock). He had so many signed MoU’s in US, Singapore and India now, but no single investment directly by him and his company. He is never straight, when I showed the Un audited financials, filed by him to OTC, my attorney says only one thing, if he has $800 million as earnings, why he is unable to pay statutory filings fees less than 10k to Singapore Govt?
