Is Dr. M holding a grudge? Just a thought. After being dragged to court, he may not be happy with the way shareholders treated him.

That is the most ridiculous thing I have read on this board in quite a while.

Missling might have a problem with the class action lawyers. That is hardly the shareholders.

Ortiz As I recall it was only ONE shareholder that bought a couple of hundred shares and it was immediately thrown out of court.
Also I seem to recall that there was a tie between that shareholder and a competing pharma or biotech.
