Nader is responsible for none of the below documented items? It’s all the 13d group, in your humble opinion?

-two failed shareholder lawsuits for unjust enrichment. (Stealing shares)
-$7.5m lost lawsuit for unjust termination of Pestell in which Nader lied
-three failed trials
-not paying Amarex
-awarding bonus shares to himself for Prostagene acquisition then firing Pestell and shuttering the trials
-BLA RTF- (syringe issue- will be fixed in two weeks per NP)
- FDA letter slapping Nader down which NADER CONCEDED WAS ACCURATE!
-sold $15m in stock prior to using 8k about trial failure.
-SEC/DOJ investigation of CLAIMS AND STATEMENTS MADE BY CYTODYN management
-toxic borrowing from Fife, who’s barred by the SEC
- lying about EUA request in UK

Let me shed some light on this.

The above didn’t happen because the of the 13d group!

All the conspiracy theories in the world won’t change the fact that Nader has played all his cards. He’s sitting on a dead hand! Bankruptcy announcement on the near horizon! Already begun

In the event the Chancery Court shuts 13d down for this year's vote...I wonder how many official 13ds and how many waiting with their "new interest in Incelldx" will find a way to go after Rosenbaum and 13d "ringleaders" Rosenbaum supposedly has deep pockets, and may find himself using his legal skills.

That whole scene could turn into a nasty sideshow.

Fortunately, for them (13d), they will also profit from Leronlimab's success, in spite of all the damage, delay, and expenses their attack has resulted in, since they hold a number of shares.

Once the "13d takeover" door is slammed shut, it suddenly behooves the 13d folks to support CytoDyn and Leronlimab to protect their investment.
