I have not seen any emails from my various brokerages about a Proxy from Cytodyn before the annual meeting.

Have not received any mailers.

Does Cytodyn expect shareholders to search them out ?

The clock is ticking down for Cytodyn management , the least that they could do is make it simpler for shareholders to vote for them.

Also , the brokerages are the only ones who know how many shares a shareholder owned at the date of record .
