His answer has been the same when he addresses this concern.......
"the record date has been set and that is the important thing" and "everything is safe and protected"

and of course, we have to wait on FINRA because his newest scheme is so new, they don't know how to deal with it

So, in a nutshell, the dividends he is offering, voluntarily, because he is a good guy, are so unique that he has the brightest financial minds in the regulatory world confused on how to deal with it.
