Had to look Reverse Merger up. First time I have encountered it with a stock. Interesting observation you made. Only time will tell, but I think your on to something. I have wondered many times why Ensorcia has never went public.Starting to make sense why they have been stealth and off the radar...RHHNF, REALLY! Like there trying to hide in plain sight, then it refers to Rheinhgold and Simbol is a mystery unless you start doing the DD to put the puzzle together. It's all good, gigs going to be up soon when this all goes mainstream.
"Such a merger has become a popular mode of business restructuring. It not only benefits the company but also the shareholders. It results in efficient use of available resources and safeguards the interest of different stakeholders. This merger adds value to the business and enhances its future sustainability. If all the legal compliance is followed, reverse merger should not be viewed with suspicion. Even though the process of this type of merger can be time-consuming but it can unlock tremendous business value."
