Yes but the convertble shares you sell are still diluting my original share price purchase depending if they are prefered or whatever arrangement you settle with the company.I have a few private placements also and own over 6 mil. shares here.I believe we are in a good growing phase and plan on holding for a long while like yourself.I would like to eventually bring a snl to michigan at univ. of michigan and michigan state campuses.There are still a couple vacant bars available.I played college hockey at u of m and played pro hockey with a few bar owners at both locations.
