I think what they reported, more precisely, is that they had GTC orders outstanding on ALPP which are no longer there and for which there is no record of cancellation. I'm not convinced anything is in the wind for over the weekend or by Monday, but it would make sense that GTC orders might be handled differently than DAY orders, which would just expire before any such change took place.
