For Enzolytics to have even entered into such a "transactional partnership", as you term it~ or whatever it may be called~ it shows the Company has definite plans to move forward with stated purpose per the Title of the News Article. WHY ELSE would such a commitment have even been mentioned or addressed? I think the intent to propel forward with these objectives in mind is a clear indication of what's to come, just as Enzolytics has come thru with everything else it has mentioned it would do.

And btw, your analogy of comparing Enzolytics and Samsung Biologics' commitment to each other to that of ordering a pizza is a bit flimsy at best. I don't think you can take lightly the arrangement between these 2 companies talking about millions of dollars' worth of biomed products that will save millions of lives in the world, especially during a Pandemic.
