Good catch. LOANS ARE NOT REVENUE.

EEGI listed a loan by a shareholder (without listing ANY TERMS )
in a Yet Another BOTCHED financial filing.

This is a serious screw up and complete lack of DISCLOSURE for EEGI's filings.

I would think that this would definite need to be fixed before they can move forward.

Explains the Yield Sign staying in the forever OTC purgatory state.
