Let me point out one passage that’s probably of particular interest to the SEC.

This is a false statement to shareholders and investors!

What “SEC Matter” is DBMM referring to? It CANNOT be the SEC proceeding. It HAS NOT been dismissed. DBMM might fervently wish that Foelak’s ID was finalized BUT IT WASN’t! Her dismissal meant ZERO.

So EXACTLY what “matter” is DBMM referring to? I’m SURE the SEC will query DBMM about this!

It’s going to be very interesting to see the SEC take issue with DBMM’s very public claim to investors that the “SEC MATTER” has been dismissed.

I think Linda screwed up again and the SEC will eventually punish her for it.
