Alm...Hickma will say in their response that it was an unimportant mistake by a low level secretary to the court...and it was not Hickma's job to uncover the "Mistake", but Covington's job ....even though the 'MISTAKE' WAS IMPORTANT TO THE FINAL DECISION in the case!!
