I'll bite ... what news is next week ? Since Dahl doesn't publish timelines for anything ..... an 8K on the shareholder meeting is about all that I'd expect.

Yes if Dahl continues the black hole of news BS the stock will eventually drift lower. It does appear there's decent support for $3.50 for the time being. It is ... IMO .... a ridiculously low price for ZIVO .... but that is Dahl's fault ... IMO. Company market value of roughly $32 million with probably $10 million on hand maybe although I'd anticipate Dahl could be spending like a drunken sailor at the moment .... or at least should be to get to commercial stage.
I like the recent updates ..... mentioned new website .... new hires ... more to come ..... crickets .... not that I think a new website is important right now .... but just goes to how sloppy Dahl is with what he sez and there were twits looking for news last week based on his letter.
At $3.50 area, I will dip the toe in. Not worried about it that much .... Already scored plenty on ZIVO this year. First swings from the ZIVO vine in years. Playing with the house money.
