No. Doubt he is there to meet with NWBO. It was posted that he wanted his share post to get to 10%, only problem was that it was not in NWBO, but in CLPT. Bethesda is a beautiful place and not just the headquarters of NWBO. In the event he is actually meeting with NWBO, I doubt he would mention it.
