PGRD is the registrant. The $300K was returned to them, not WSA. The PGRD part of the scam is over. UVH/Downs is on HSM trying to spin just like you that the deal is done and it is, just not the way that works out for the shareholders of IDWD. Stick a fork in it, it's DONE!
