I am sure something probably was filed, am I am sure you are going to tell us all about. I have quit questioning your info and sources since just about everything you post, ends up coming true. This is the opposite of the “company”, that tells us of $12 million deals, MJ acquisitions in Oklahoma, yet nothing is ever said again about this. We then find out that medical device sales are about $5,000/mo…You were the first to tell us about the foreclosure and Sheriff’s sale, and that turned out exactly as stated. But your information about payment to the auditors, and then the company confirming that exact information in their notice of late filing (actually they may never file again as they stated in their notice), tends to lead me to believe what you say. In my opinion

Now I sit back and watch and do calculate what my losses would have been had I not exited when I did.
