And since this turd has run endless LOSSES for every one of those 35 years, issuing new shares is the main business. It is the MORTIMER fambly business. It is a way of life.

In contradistinction, holding annual shareholder meetings or even sending ~OUTT proxy cards to all common shareholders is totally foreign to this turdstock and the MORTIMER fambly racket.
