Email MHRA's GMP Inspectorate. They will tell you:

"We can confirm that the application is currently with an Inspector, under review. Kind regards,GMP Inspectorate"

What does that have to do with P3 data? Ziltch.

The cert will allow Advent to manufacturer product per GMP in the Sawston facility. It is not needed for DCVax-L TLD or even approval. And it has significant commercial value outside of DCVax-L.
