Had to say Tofu didn't you.

Thats what I got for breakfast. My wife makes a mean tofu soup. She also makes her own tofu from yellow beans.

The food there is definitely different than here. No GMO, no hormones, no pesticides.

I loved going shopping at the outdoor market. Especially when it was -20 degrees. This was the outdoor market by our house.
