Dmceng, I believe it may be a prerequisite for the Safe Harbor monies to flow but I believe we may see the first bucket of returns from COOP as they purchase assets from investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012 which may include shares and cash.

However, only time passing and filings will show us the way forward.
