yup, totally agree, but after 12 years of using them and with minimal shares being issued, it really isn't anything to get upset over, if anyone just stops for a minute to realize LWLG just grabbed $3 million Cash for 357k shares that can be absorbed into the current market without any impact on PPS in a single day
