They released it on Tuesday just after the board should have met, they must see it as positive news?

They gonna use it.

After all that has happened this year, I have thought long and hard about what it’s taken to get here.

In hindsight, while none of us ever liked the LPC arrangement, it has allowed us to get this far with a very reasonable number of shares outstanding.

Going further the dilution will be kept to a minimum. The LPC financing arrangement comes with no warrants. Yes it could continue to cause a predetermined amount of stock selling every month, but it’s a very small % now.

If anything, as others have said, this is just an insurance policy in effect.
