I posted a few, including CYDY claiming they have not paid Amarex because Amarex is not living up to their side of the contract. Sounds like another costly, drawn out lawsuit is coming.
According to CytoDyn's complaint against Amarex that was filed today, Amarex failed to properly categorize, organize, and analyze the data for the HIV and NASH trials, and information had no proper headings and other huge holes in the data. So CytoDyn wisely stopped paying Amarex due to its breach of obligations under the Master Services Agreement, which showed they had already paid them $80m.
So my question is this... if the judge rules tomorrow against the former 13D gang of miscreants, will those who foolishly bought shares of IncellDX lose their investments knowing it will never get merged with CytoDyn?
