It’s a “memo” trade….it’s a settlement trade for shares sold on behalf of a dilutor prior to that point during trading hours….the volume counts….but it makes no difference if it’s a buy, sell, or both ….it’s not relevant….Cfgn is the one moving those shares atm…he will run out soon enough….this is likely the last note for now….the others convert at .50 minimum
