Capt. I am happy with the status quo…… I would like to give KM a year or 2 and see what happens….. he is doing everything realistically possible….. 2 years is not a long time and there is tons of good news coming in the coming months.
CaptBeer, I wish Marjac would either go through the process to get himself or someone he could vet that would be a shareholder activist. Long overdue. Sadly, in the past whenever this was brought up the idea never gained any traction.
I don't know how it will work in practice though. Not necessarily an easy position' - to be at meetings were you might be considered almost a spy/possible leak.
And then there are all the practicalities - who pay for expenses - travels etc. --------------------
But if we consider carrying on the idea - and Amarin forehand accepts a possible Shareholder member on the board - that has to be the first thing that is addressed/investigated.
If company is upright against the idea - its not worth the effort of trying to force such an idea forward IMO. --------------
I would say that you yourself - I would surely vote for - other level headed candidates here would be someone like Lizzy or Downtown. And there are many others here on this board - that could do the job professionally - if it came to be real - for sure.
Not a question easy to answer but one Marjac may well have defined in the Rule 24 / 60 proceedings-we are a few weeks away from the generics reply brief and their case for the denial of the appeal being set out The basis on Rule 24 is E has no standing ( behind which maybe who are E anyway)- a specifically defined group of shareholders who contributed to the fund to bring the proceedings might well be the definition But Marjac will be best to speak of this Alm
