LTTR, This is the reply from IR when asked about Denmark approval. It has a little more detail about which countries they've filed the dossier.Thank you for your email.

Amarin has listed and priced in Denmark, which means it received ‘individual’ patient reimbursement but not full open reimbursement yet. This is the standard process in Denmark. Amarin limits communication on individual country reimbursements until it achieves full open national reimbursement from the country in order to avoid confusing Investor/analysts.

Amarin has not filed a dossier for country reimbursement in Spain. The six pricing and reimbursement dossiers filed to date are in Germany, Sweden, UK, Italy, France and Denmark.
