Wouldn’t there be a filling? Price and shares sold with new OS count.

The math doesn't work out for the sale to have been completed. O/S today is 70.4M, O/S on August 9 was 67.5M, so at most they sold 3M shares or so. IIRC, some of the warrants from previous sales were also in the money, though the ones from the uplist/acquisition offering still are not.
