Or it could be assumed the opposite happened . Little interest in buying that amount of shares by anyone and/or the terms were so bad even verb couldn’t accept because they have no proof of concept in generating revenue. Truist securities isn’t a miracle worker.
It may be possible that it feels it’s capital needs can be better satisfied with with more attractive terms elsewhere, however it is not possible that the business is now self sustaining. It would be foolish to consider it.
