Large Green....if Kosturos is head of the Trust that is holding Wmih assets, then who is he fiduciary to?...is it the estate holders holding escrows, or the BOD of coop, trading for wmih ? certainly it is no secret that we have been issued escrows markers, and they are recorded in various brokerage houses, so what is the secret that Kosturos cannot communicate with estate holders about returning assets to the estate?...it has been about 2 years now since the bk chapter 11 closed, and some people have probably passed on.....It is my contention, that Kosturos is fiduciary to the BOD, and not the estate holders....why?...the big boys holding these escrow markers have not made one attempt to get paid in all the years that they have been holding... do they know something we do not?....Lodas
