I have been respectful in my couple of correspondence with the company. But, first time was a waste of time and second time...I didn't get response at all so I stopped contacting them.
But, I know someone on this board has a good track record of communicating with the company. We also need to keep in mind that company is justifiably very good at not sharing anything important to any shareholder...that has not already been PRed before.
As a shareholder, we should appreciate this behavior from the company.
