I looked at the outsatnding at teh offering and the current reported. Yes all conjecture on use of proceeds . Definitley ling up all the ducks for a HUGE long term move up. The only thing holding it back is the stock sales. Seen it happen many times, once it drys up we should catapukt quickly up, especially if timed with more bullish news.
