I certainly wasn't 'rubbing it in' Anders, just pointing out a factual inaccuracy. Most of what Bio posts is pretty accurate imho.

No one is arguing on those points Anders. It just does not have the significance you think it does, in terms of a theft of value. You seem to have little experience investing in cell therapy companies, I have tried to patiently explain how it works to you. I understand as a litigator a lawyer creates a theory, fits the facts he can find to the theory and keeps arguing. That works when there is an actual dispute with real parties, with actual issues. When thinking about a business that one does not understand fundamentally, it’s a liability not to be able to transcend that mode for any lawyer investing or doing due diligence.

So I get philosophically where you’re coming from. But it’s an incorrect method for understanding many things, and this issue in particular.

Deduction works in untangling a mystery, not in understanding how an industry works. The process does not start from random facts to build a theory, one starts with how that industry has come into being, what makes it possible, how do the contracts and regulations and various parties generally work together to make the industry possible. It starts from a conceptual point, and works it’s way down into understanding how the particular facts work together. Not from a presumption of bad motive and then looking for any possible angle one might argue to suggest something bad might possibly have been intended.

Look, they talked last evening. Evidence of conspiracy! That approach doesn’t work.
