IMO it will carry on as before. We were trading before while

the court case was ongoing with no restrictions until recently

(and that had nothing to do with the court case).

So now we get bid and ask added and OTC give us full PINK for being

compliant last so many years (in 28 days).

I do believe these new arrangements give the OTC more autonomy,

it's more like the SEC are handing off more of the responsibility to

the OTC, that's the nub of it.

Final decision is kinda moot really especially as we already know

what that decision will be (in our favour). So we can pretty much

ignore it, let them do their "delay" thing, while we get on and do

our thing & get rich.

The new rules are actually our saving grace. Fait accomplis for

the SEC enforcement. All IMO let's watch it play out.
