If a company suddenly starts generating revenue when it hasn't in the past, it should file a Form 8-K in short order to satisfy Reg. FD, not wait on a quarterly report. It would be considered a material corporate event.

They are on NASDAQ now. They cannot get by with stuff that is SOP on the OTC.

In theory we could be ‘shipping’ for revenue but revenue will not be recorded this quarter.

I’ll be shocked if we see revenue in the next Q.
