I dont see that (dont doubt it though) but I would assume that anyone with that large of a following could potentially have the SEC slammed up his azz after some dumb azz bet their 401K on crypto, dont you think? Its called blanket statements with plausible deniability incorporated. Of course he would not make a flat out recommendation to buy, he left an out.
