I think more accurately, ENZC counsel did not convince the judge that Savov had breached the agreement. That's because the lawyer didn't come prepared with the agreement document itself, nor to talk about it, so there was nothing to argue before her Honor on that point. He seemed to bumble around that he'd be obtaining it, but the time for that came and went for the purpose of supporting ENZC's claim today.
