curious to know what part of the audit does France make difficult...Morning is just a small part of $FUNN ...I was under the impression that Rogen had made it alot easier to do the yearly audits by having all the finances in one network...

The fact that they deal with the cannabis sector, especially now that they have the new FUNN Dispensaries entity, might also be throwing a monkey wrench into the audit process, especially since cannabis is not completely legal in the U.S. Hopefully this is not the case, but it would not surprise me.

So yes, they should just spin off everything and that should definitely simplify the audits by just having the S&L cafes.

Been saying this for a couple of years

It appears they've dropped gro3 and S&L Publishing

and need to get rid of ILK

get rid of RM

file FU19, FU20, and FU21 audits, and broken down by business segment and in compliance w/ any and all other Franchising requirements

and sell franchises, allowing Franchisess an opportunity to choose from 3 standardized architectural plans for a S&L cafe

expend offering to include watching college and professional sports and games like billiards.

Since, ahem, alcohol typically has the largest gross margins.

Me too. And I have been vocal on that in the past. Just open 100 Cafes in the next 5 - 7 years and get rid of the MJ, the Gro, the pavers and all the rest. We need to open more cafes. Faster. Without the distractions of these side gigs delaying the cafes. Without the extra layers of other countries like France that make our audits harder. Heck, they seem impossible already as it is, so get into one business, do it well, and get it going!

And change the name to Snakes & Lattes!

Yet here we are years later still waiting for them to figure out how to execute.

I agree with you...if they decided not to go forward with the MJ dispensaries I would be fine...also, yes...shedding all of these other small subsidiaries and focusing on Snakes & Lattes Cafes only would be a huge plus...it has proven itself as the biggest revenue generator, why burden the company with all the responsibilities of these smaller entities that barely cover the expense of running themselves. MJ Dispensaries I am on the fence with...seems like it would generate a lot of $$$ however, focusing on one thing and becoming the very best at it is not a bad thing.

People keep selling down here...I will keep buying down here!
