Yes this leaves out some patients whose metheylation status was not known. It also includes the entire blended population including placebo's. Interestingly enough it is just under 90% close to the number of patients that received DCVAX at some point in time.
Anyway, So that you can follow along I combined the meth and unmeth by multiplying their percentage of total patients(n=293=131+162) by the percentage alive so I could get the total percentage of patients alive at 2 and 3 years of these total 293 patients.
When compared to the Optune trial we beat the TMZ arm and even the treatment arm at 2 and 3 years. 47.8(dcvax) vs 43%(Optune) or 31%(TMZ) and 29.8% vs 26% or 19% for 3 year. The 3 year was shown on another slide by Optune. So we beat 2 and 3 year treatment arm Optune (with blended results) and will probably at least triple the 5% TMZ mark at 5 years in my opinion.
