And why even risk the chance with his vote(s).

If he even is allowed or authorized to sit on board and not be barred completely from owning >= 10% of any company.

His shares may become a giant non-voting block.

Actually, I was a tournament level chess player in my youth, read books on chess and had a small library of these books, had a really expensive computerized chessboard that cost more than $500 and kicked by bottom all day long, and so on. I knew I would never be a Grand Master and really was not willing to devote the time necessary. Instead, joined USMC at the age of 17. Best decision of my life. Thanks for your thoughts.
