I have no idea what you’re trying to say, but the quiet period only pertains to TLD.
And it is best practice and avoids problems. Best practice, by definition, is “by choice”. One can choose not to follow best practices, and when things blow up, one then is responsible for the blow up. The reason there are best practices is because people not following those concepts, tend to have problems that were both avoidable and unnecessary.

Sounds like you want some more unnecessary and avoidable problems? Personally I don’t. I am OK the way things are, and I do expect something to drop shortly, I have said that consistently. It may not be as some are painting it, a 4 day required disclosure, but people over use and claim far too much falls under that rule as it is to create false expectations that then they milk on social media. Mostly it’s nonsense.
