We are essentially in agreement. GTEM stated that none were reported, not that there could never be any. That is why it appears as two different statements to me. As you say, Dohan is saying we will not guarentee that there will be none, even though we had not found any. They are both being very careful not to step on the other's toes, but they are also covering their posteriors. Yes it is humorous.

You're right, Frank. It's a non-event. One of their lawyer's probably made them do it (and earned $300/hr drafting the language).
