The company is selling shares so who is running the scam? Lenders aren’t running the company so if they are selling it’s not because they are running scam. The only person who could be scamming investors would be Greg but he’s put his own money on the line is trying to relaunch the company. I doubt he did 2+ years of work so he could dump a few thousand dollars worth of shares.
