Any moron could have just tried to purchase one share paid a $4 95 commission and known that they could buy it.

Only a moron would spend a 1/2 an hour on the phone trying to figure out something that you could have figured out in 1 second for $4.95 by clicking on buy.

Has nothing to do with how many shares u or I own.
