Exactly what he said....new SEC rule goes into play tomorrow. Liquidation only, you cannot buy non compliant OTC tickers with no financials up to date. No yield, stop sign or caveat emptor tickers. Which makes no sense to me because how are you going to sell if there are no buyers?? I believe a few thousand tickers. Either way it's a win since RGBP is up to date and compliant. Long hold!

Where have you been, on an extended vacation?

Members have been talking up this change by the SEC for months.

If as an OTC stock, your financials are not current and accepted by September 28th, you can no longer trade on OTC. Many brokers have already restricted buying of shares in these stocks. Only selling. But you cannot sell if no buyers. So holders have been selling out their positions and some think that cash generated will flow to RGBP which is registered directly with SEC and of course is current now.
