So nice that you emphasized “audited” financials but that’s really besides the point.

The SEC considers not just the financial accuracy of the numbers IN the filings, but many other things required but NOT in the filing. DBMM DID NOT INCLUDE financial documents that were needed in the Comprehensive filing!

Again - it is irrefutable that the SEC considers DBMM materially deficient and non-compliant. It’s not even arguable. It’s stated time and time again in MANY legally filed documents!

The SEC is the entity that ACTUALLY DOES DECIDE when companies are compliant in filing. Not you. Not me. Not anyone ELSE on this board.

Today…right this second…the SEC considers DBMM to be non-compliant.

End of story.

Nope its 100% accurate. Like it or not but refusing to accept it wont help.
