Sure it does. Especially in the Medical field. In fact what is typical is certain milestones being required to be met. Like securing the IP. Duh. Dr. Koos, if in buyout discussions, would certainly be expected of securing the IP. Some purchasing companies cant even have the conversation until that point. He did what he needed to get the IP secured. And ill even go further in that Dr. Koos didnt have any specific Data to share until just now. Kind of necessary to continue any buyout discussions, at least i would think.

Show me. Show me where a company takes out a convertible promissory note and then gets bought out for the SOLE reason.

Look harder. Yes it does. All over. Loans right up to the DAY of acquisition.

Show me. It's easy to sit there and say this. I am not talking about a company getting funding to further do their work. I am talking about a company who isn't doing anything, takes out a convertible loan and then gets bought out for that SOLE reason.

I dont think anyonenis actually saying that. And absolutely not the only option. With as much IP as this company has in its possession. All the options are on the table with Regen. All of them.

They said ... "buyout 100%".... It's exactly what they were saying.

Not all companies are for sale. Duh.

The whole objective of a small biotech company is to either get funding or get bought out!

MimiVax is funded through some serious institutions.

If a "Big Pharma" offers to buy you out... you take it LOL. I have never heard of a biotech company saying "no" when a deal is placed in front of them. If a "Big Pharma" thinks your good enough, then you generally are good enough and will be compensated as such.

Has chemdiv turned over the research yet? The 8k said they have 10 days from the date of payment 9/21 so that would be 10/1.
