Our BoD is no gift….. I’ve emailed and fedx letters to the chairman….. never one answer… After R-IT and the quick uptake of prescriptions the BOD were smitten!…. Like Kennedy and Thero they are complicit in the destruction of AMRN…..they screwed up as will…. Thero sold them excuse after excuse starting with COVID…eventually his incompetence just could be tolerated no longer… This is an unusual Co. it is pretty clear this is not a typical Board…… clearly KM is making a lot of changes that are going to work and if not he is flexible and humble enough to change…. The BOD are complacent and without any originality on a whole…. There are a couple that are good.
If Thero is ever held to account I have no doubt that the entanglement between his total incompetence and the BOD doing nothing for more than 2 years will come out….I personally with no financial reward would pay good money to understand the internals of this Co from June 2019 to March 2021.
We certainly know what BOD did not do and that is enough to be sick on its own!!!
